2. What are  personal data

According to the GDPR, personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. When using our websites, such data are e.g. e-mail address, IP address or your data defined in the User’s account of our store. Personal data may be saved in cookies or similar technologies.

3. The basis and purpose of the data processing

The processing of personal data requires a legal basis. The GDPR provides for several types of such legal grounds for data processing, and in the case of using our website, there will be three:

This basis for data processing is applicable when it is necessary by our service, ensuring the security of the services (e.g., for your user account, you do not have to worry, unauthorized persons who conduct tests, improve our services and to their needs and user needs (e.g. personal content in the field of consumer services) as well as running marketing, promotions and provided services.

Your data will be processed until there is a basis for their processing – i.e. in the case of consent until its withdrawal, restriction or other actions on your part limiting this consent, if the data is necessary for the performance of the contract – for the duration of its performance, and if the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator – as long as this legitimate interest exists.

According to the GDPR, you have the following rights to your data and its processing by our website. If you have given your consent to the processing of data, you can withdraw it at any time.

You also have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to transfer data, object to data processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – GIODO. The above rights are also valid if the data is processed correctly by the administrator.

7. Deleting files „cookies”

By standard, the web browsing software allows cookies to be placed on the end device by default. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of “cookies” in the web browser settings or inform about their every transfer to the user’s device.
